I found the manuals on aprilaire.com easy to follow once I got to the right one. They helped me figure out the settings for my humidifier without too much trouble. It did take a little searching to land on the right page, but nothing too frustrating

"Pretty easy to order, actually"
I used aprilaire.com to find and order a replacement filter, and it was actually straightforward overall. The site was easy enough to navigate, though I did have to click around a little to make sure I was getting the right model. Checkout went fine, and the order confirmation came through quickly. Not totally perfect, but no major issues.

"Leak’s gone now??"
I had water leaking near the unit and wasn’t sure what was going on?? Support walked me through clearing the drain, and it’s been dry ever since. No more mess, drains fine now.

"Been reliable so far"
I’ve had my Aprilaire for a bit now, not sure exactly how long, but it’s been working fine without any weird issues or breakdowns. The setup wasn’t too bad from what I remember. Only reason I’m not giving it full marks is the filters seem kind of expensive, but otherwise it’s been solid.

I needed some replacement filters and a small part for my unit, and I was able to find them on aprilaire quickly. The prices seemed fair enough, I guess, and while shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping for... still, they had the exact parts I needed, so that was a relief.

"Wish I’d checked the model info sooner"
I was a little nervous this wouldn’t work with my older HVAC setup, but after I finally checked the model info, the Aprilaire filter fit just fine. Installation was straightforward too. i kind of regret not double-checking the compatibility earlier because I spent more time than I needed to on the site trying to find the right part. Took off one star for that, but the filter itself worked out well...

"House doesn’t feel so dry anymore"
Well... we had an Aprilaire humidifier installed before winter, and it’s made a big difference. I’m not waking up with that dry throat anymore, and the wood floors haven’t been making those cracking sounds like they did last year. It just does its thing in the background, which is pretty much exactly what I was hoping for.

I don’t have much patience for noisy stuff running at night, so I was glad this thing is actually really quiet. Most of the time I barely even notice it’s on, which is exactly what I wanted

"Helpful for yearly maintenance, but not perfect"
I used aprilaire.com to help with my usual filter and humidifier pad change, and overall it got the job done. I was able to find the parts info I needed, and everything matched up once I got to the right spot. The actual maintenance went smoothly, which I appreciated. That said, I did have to click around more than I expected to find my specific model, so the site could definitely be a little easier to follow. Helpful, but a bit frustrating in places.

"Ive been happy with this aprilaire..."
Ive been happy with this aprilaire filter. I used to buy cheaper ones and felt like I was changing them all the time, but this one usually lasts me around 9 to 12 months. Finding the right replacement on the site was simple too, which I appreciate. Its just one less thing I have to keep thinking about.

"Warranty support was painless"
I had a problem with my Aprilaire unit, so I reached out to support about the warranty. They got back to me quick, quick enough that I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. They explained what they needed from me, and the repair got set up without a bunch of back and forth, back and forth. It did take a little time, but it was handled well and I’m happy with how it turned out

"Seems like a solid upgrade for using less energy"
I bought an Aprilaire thermostat from aprilaire.com mostly because I was tired of wondering if my HVAC was running more than it needed to. The setup was straightforward, though I did second-guess myself a couple times while going through the settings. So far, it does seem like the system isn’t kicking on as often as it used to.
My electric bill looks a little lower, not by some dramatic amount, but enough that I feel like it’s helping. The website was easy enough to use, although I kept checking for shipping updates and wished those had been clearer. Overall, I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars.

"Return was really easy"
I had to return a filter that I accidentally ordered wrong, and the process on aprilaire.com was really simple. The refund showed up in about a week, which was fine. My only small complaint is that I wish the update emails came a little quicker, but overall it really wasn’t bad.

"Sizing info was actually spot on"
I used aprilaire.com to figure out what size unit I needed for my house because my upstairs turns into the Sahara the second the heat kicks on. The guide was simple enough to follow, and the square footage estimate matched my place closely, which was a nice surprise because apparently I enjoy doing HVAC homework now.
After installing it, the unit covers the area about like they said it would. The far bedroom still isn’t exactly a tropical rainforest, but it’s much better than before. I took off one star because I still had to double-check a few details myself, but overall the sizing info was reliable.

"Pretty solid experience with their dealer team"
I deal with Aprilaire through a local dealer/contractor setup, and it’s been a easy process overall. Orders usually show up correct, support actually picks up when I need help, and the products don’t lead to a bunch of annoying call backs. It’s not flawless every single time, but whoever runs this has clearly got things set up better than a lot of companies I’ve worked with.

"Our Basement Feels So Much Better Now"
To me, our basement always felt kind of damp and uncomfortable in the summer, even when we had fans running nonstop. After putting in the Aprilaire dehumidifier, I noticed a difference within just a few days. The air feels much more normal now, and that musty smell is almost completely gone.
